Our story
Built around the coil shop, not a catalogue
Aqua Tech Polymers has been manufacturing bonding adhesives for the transformer and electrical insulation industry since 2004. What started as a focused bonding adhesive line has grown into a range built specifically around how transformer manufacturers actually work — press board adhesive for press board components, power transformer adhesive for high-strength bonding on 8–10 foot insulation cylinders, kraft paper adhesive for insulation kraft paper, and crepe paper tube adhesive for crepe paper tube manufacturing.
We don't believe in a one-formula-fits-all approach. Every manufacturing process is different — material combinations, application methods, production speeds and curing conditions vary from one manufacturer to another — so our objective from the start has been to develop adhesive solutions that fit the application, rather than asking customers to adapt their process to suit the material.
